1. Publisher of the site and the Service
In accordance with the provisions of Book XII of the Belgian Code of Economic Law relating to electronic commerce, the users of the Aethris website and application (hereinafter “the Service”) are hereby informed of the identity of the various parties involved in its creation and operation.

The Service is currently operated as part of a personal, student project, without any commercial structure or company number, the publisher carrying out no commercial transaction through the Service at this stage (see Privacy Policy and Terms of Use). Should the activity later be structured (self-employed status, company), this legal notice will be updated to reflect that change.
2. Hosting
The Aethris website and application, together with all data processed therein, are hosted by:

No other host is involved in the provision of the site or the application as at the date this legal notice was drawn up.
3. Intellectual property
The general structure of the Aethris website and application, as well as the texts, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software and other elements comprising it (with the exception of user-generated content, whose regime is described in the Terms of Use), are the property of the publisher or are used under authorisation.
Any reproduction, modification, publication or transmission of the site, the application or any of their elements, by any means whatsoever, without the express authorisation of the publisher, is prohibited and may constitute an infringement punishable under the applicable intellectual property law.
The fonts used in the interface (Cinzel Decorative, Cormorant Garamond, DM Sans, as well as the fonts offered in the text editor) are free/open fonts whose commercial use is permitted under their respective licences.
4. Personal data
The methods of collection, processing and protection of Service users' personal data are described in detail in the Aethris Privacy Policy, a separate document available from the site.
5. Cookies and trackers
As at the date this legal notice was drawn up, the Service uses no audience-measurement, advertising or commercial-tracking cookies. Only technical mechanisms strictly necessary for the operation of the Service are used, with no profiling purpose: management of authentication and of the user session, storing the display language you selected, and retaining certain display preferences in the browser's local storage. Details of these mechanisms and their duration are set out in the Privacy Policy. Any change to this practice would be subject to prior notice to users and an update of the Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of liability
The publisher endeavours to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information published on the site, without however being able to guarantee its completeness, accuracy or freedom from error. The conditions governing use of the Service, including the limitations of liability applicable to its use, are set out in the Terms of Use.
As the Service is currently in a test phase (MVP), users are invited to refer to the section on the evolving nature of the Service in the Terms of Use.
7. Links to third-party sites
The site may contain links to, or content from, third-party sites, in particular a voluntary financial-support page (Tipeee) and a presentation video hosted on YouTube. That video is loaded only after an explicit click on your part; as long as you do not start it, no request is sent to that third-party service (see the Privacy Policy). The publisher exercises no control over the content of these third-party sites and cannot be held liable for their content, their data-protection practices, or any damage arising from their use. It is for the user to review the terms of use and privacy policy specific to each of these sites before any interaction.
